Delivery, Returns, and Cancellations

Nature of the Service
The services Doredent offers are not physical product sales; they fall within healthcare services (examination, treatment planning, and dental treatment).
For this reason, there are no processes such as “shipping” or “product delivery”.

Service Delivery
After online payment, the purchased service is delivered in person at the clinic:
  • Booking the appointment
  • Taking a digital scan
  • Treatment planning
  • Starting orthodontic and dental treatment
The service begins when the patient attends the clinic on the appointment date.

Cancellation and Changes
Patients can change their appointments as follows:
  • Cancellations or changes can be made up to at least 24 hours before the appointment time
  • For late cancellations, the appointment slot may be forfeited or it may not be rescheduled

Refund Policy
Given the nature of the service we provide:
  • If the service has not yet started → the payment can be refunded
  • Once the service has started → a partial or full refund may not be available
Special situations (health-related circumstances, force majeure, etc.) are reviewed separately by Doredent.

Special Cases
In the following cases, the right to a refund or change may be limited:
  • Custom-made treatment materials (such as clear aligners)
  • Treatment that has already started
  • Procedures for which laboratory fabrication has been completed

Payment and Security
All payments are processed securely via the iyzico infrastructure.
