Nature of Services
The services provided by Doredent are healthcare services (examination, treatment planning and dental treatments), not physical product sales.
Therefore, there are no "shipping" or "product delivery" processes involved.

Service Delivery
Following online payment, the purchased service is delivered in person at our clinic:
- Appointment scheduling
- Digital scanning
- Treatment planning
- Initiation of orthodontic and dental treatments
Service begins when the patient visits the clinic on their scheduled appointment date.

Cancellation and Changes
Patients may modify their appointments as follows:
- Cancellations or changes can be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time
- Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the appointment or inability to reschedule

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided:
- If service has not yet begun, payment may be refunded
- Once service has started, partial or full refunds may not be available
Special circumstances (health issues, force majeure, etc.) are evaluated separately by Doredent.

Special Circumstances
Refund or modification rights may be limited in the following cases:
- Custom-manufactured treatment materials (e.g. clear aligners)
- Treatment processes that have already begun
- Procedures for which laboratory production has been completed

Payment and Security
All payments are processed securely through the iyzico payment infrastructure.
